Crockpot recipe

Italian Beef in a Bucket

1 (3.5-4 lb.) sirloin tip or rump roast
1 (12-16 oz.) jar italian giardiniera
1 (12-16 oz.) jar pepperoncinis 
1 pkg. Good Seasons zesty italian salad dressing mix (dry mix)
1 (10.75 oz.) can beef broth
Kaiser rolls
barbeque sauce- our favorite is Sweet Baby Ray's 

Place roast in crockpot, add all ingredients and cook on low for 8 hours

Roast should shred easily.

Load up your kaiser roll with meat, veggies, peppers and sauce!
